Cannon Falls at Kasson-Mantorville
5 p.m., Wednesday, May 14

Cannon Falls has a chance to send some shockwaves around the state if it can upset Kasson-Mantorville.

The Bombers are going to have to not only shut down a great offense, but they also must find a way to score on a KoMets team that has allowed only four runs this season and has shut out four of its last five opponents, outscoring them 32-2 in that span.

Don't get lost in all those impressive defensive numbers. Kasson-Mantorville can hit, too. Cori Kennedy has five home runs, 14 RBI and a .410 batting average. She is one of five KoMets players with a batting average of .400 or better.
