Hastings vs. Blaine

Hastings started the season with four consecutive conference wins and will turn its attention to a team off to a similarly hot start in Blaine.

Junior pitcher Lauren Ernst has hasn’t lost a conference game in her career for the Raiders. Hastings' lineup has always provided good run support for her, which will be needed in this matchup. 

Blaine has put up 26 runs in its first two games after a 16-1 blowout of Irondale on April 11 and a 10-3 win over Osseo two days later. The Bengals are coming off of a 15-9 season that saw them just miss the section championship game. 

Taylor Bross leads Blaine with seven RBI and is 4-for-8 with a home run in two games. Madison Pederson and Hailey Scheff each have four RBI on the year.
