Lakeville North vs. Prior Lake

Lakeville North (2-2, 2-2) has played in three one-run games this season, winning two. The Panthers will try to keep things close again against a Prior Lake team that has allowed just two runs in the last six games.

Lakeville North has the offensive weapons to hopefully unlock the Lakers. Amanda Moncelle leads Lakeville North with a .545 average while Jordan Peterson, Paige Anderson and Kayla Hannasch lead the team with three RBI each.

Kailey Ahlstrom looks pretty comfortable in the circle after Prior Lake (7-1, 4-1) graduated a pair of standouts in Angela McBeain and Caitlin Stone. Ahlstrom struck out 12 in a 7-0 shutout of Farmington on April 22. She also struck out 15 in a four-hit shutout in a 10-0 win over Winona Cotter earlier that same day to help Prior Lake win the Mankato East tournament. 

Mikayla McEnery paces the Lakers' offense with a .500 average, followed closely by Alexandra Pinkowski, who is hitting .450, and both Abby Sagert and Jocelyn Kirk, who are hitting .438.
