Park Center came out of the losers’ bracket, beating Maple Lake twice, 6-2 and 11-1, for the Class 2A, Section 5 title.

Nicola Tade, the winning pitcher in both games, went 4-for-4 in second game and 2-for-4 with a home run in the first game.

Teammate Megan VanHulzen went 4-for-4 with four RBI in the deciding game.
