Sebeka at New York Mills (doubleheader)
4 p.m., Tuesday, May 3

Park Region Conference supremacy will be on the line when Sebeka meets New York Mills meets on Tuesday for a doubleheader.

The No. 10-1A Trojans (10-2, 6-2) can move into a tie with the No. 5-1A Eagles (8-0, 8-0) atop the league standings with a sweep and tighten race for the conference title as the regular season enters its final weeks.

New York Mills is not only seeking the Park Region crown but also a fourth consecutive trip to the Class 1A tournament this season, and the Eagles, who finished fourth at state last year, seem primed to accomplish their goals. They average better than 10 runs a game while holding opponents to less than two, thanks in part to the play of second-team all-state pitcher Rhiana Roberts, second baseman Kaitlyn Kane and third baseman Lydia Irons.
