Other games to keep an eye on

Centennial vs. Maple Grove, 4:30 p.m., Tuesday, April 20. A pair of unbeaten teams that have traveled different routes early this season square off in a Northwest Suburban Conference matchup. Centennial (3-0, 2-0) has won three one-run games while the Crimson (2-0, 1-0) have outscored their two opponents 25-2.

Edina vs. Hopkins, 4:30 p.m., Wednesday, April 21. One of these teams has represented Section 6 in each of the past four Class 4A state tournaments, and many expect both to be in the hunt again this season. Edina (2-4, 0-1), section champion in 2018 and 2019, got off to a rocky start with four straight losses before finding its way back to the win column. Hopkins (2-1, 0-1) looks to bounce back from a 4-3 loss to Eden Prairie last Friday.
